British Mountaineering Council Participation Statement

The British Mountaineering Council recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

If the guest is under 16 years of age, the declaration is to be made by a responsible parent or guardian.

This person, by completing this form, gives consent for the named guest to take part in climbing and mountaineering activities.
