Level 4 in the best programme for kids aged 10-17 wanting to gain climbing skills in a fun, structured program that leads to an award at the end of each 5 levels.

In small groups, our experienced instructors coach your childin the skills required to both lead climb and belay a lead climber. To get the most out of this course the children need to be active learners that can function well in a group environment.

In small groups, our experienced instructors coach your childon improving performance through physical training, goal setting and mental techniques as well as understanding of climbing systems within the wider world of the sport.

Edge 4, is for children aged 10+ who have successfully completed Edge 3 - Technical Climber at Glasgow Climbing Centre or at another climbing centre.

Young climbers in this club will have already progressed through levels 1-3 of the NICAS Scheme, either in our Edge Clubs, or at another NICAS climbing centre.

In small groups, our experienced instructors coach your child in Lead Climbing, advanced climbing technique, movement skills and a broad knowledge of equipment use. To get the most out of this course, the children need to be active learners that can function well in a group environment.

This club is for children aged 12 or above who have successfully completed NICAS 3 – Technical Climber at Glasgow Climbing Centre or at another climbing centre.
